2. What Data I Process and Why

Inquiries: When you contact me through the contact form, by email, Instagram or WhatsApp, I process your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the details you share about your wedding, in order to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

Working together: If we work together, I additionally process your address, wedding details, budget and planning information, and schedules in order to provide my services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Invoices: I process invoice and payment data in order to comply with legal retention and tax obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Photos and videos: I only publish photos or videos in which you appear with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Website: When you visit this website, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, date and time of access and pages visited are processed in order to provide and secure the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

Cookies: This website uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All other cookies (e.g. analytics or marketing) are only set with your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Services Used and Sharing of Data

Wix.com Ltd. (website hosting): Wix provides the website, the contact form and the storage of inquiries. More information: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
Video calls: I use WhatsApp video calls (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and may use Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) in the future. These providers process connection data and, in the case of Teams, meeting data.
Communication: Email via [email provider]; messages via WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta).
Tax advisor / gestoría: I share invoice data with my tax advisor for bookkeeping purposes.

Some providers are located in, or store data in, countries outside the EU, such as the USA or Israel. Transfers are based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.

Beyond this, I only share data where I am legally required to do so or where you have given your consent. I do not sell personal data.

4. Data Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted after [12] months at the latest.
Data from a collaboration is stored for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards only as long as legally required.
Invoice and accounting data is kept for the statutory retention periods (in Spain, generally up to 6 years).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Please write to weddings@bymissella.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

I may update this policy when the legal situation, the services I use or my offering change. The current version is always available on this website.
